Is there a cut-off time for booking or can I book anytime?

We advise to book your cargoes ahead of time, preferable a week before vessel schedule so we could include it in our daily load planning.

What are your payment modes?

Payment could be Prepaid, Collect and Charge.  Please note that we only allow Prepaid for all new customers. 

How could we apply for a special term/charge account?

A history of at least 6 months, in good standing, no bouncing checks, cash payments and credit references will be required to avail for an special terms.  A background credit investigation might be needed.

What is your lead time?

The lead time depends on the distance between port of origin and port of destination.  The committed lead time is based on the schedule departure date and committed delivery time from our branch areas.  Please note that we will let you know if there are delays due to uncontrollable factors.

Do you accept Dangerous Goods?

We are requiring you to provide a Materials Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) if you are shipping DG cargoes.  We would also need the emergency contact information. Our Safety Officer will inspect the cargoes.


MSDS is guide intended to provide workers and emergency personnel with procedures for handling or working with that substance in a safe manner, and includes information such as physical data (melting point, boiling point, flash point, etc.), toxicity, health effects, first aid, re-activity, storage, disposal, protective equipment, and spill-handling procedures.

Are you Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) Accredited?
