Emanated from the head office of Cagayan De Oro in 1979 where forwarding business is not popular, Mr. & Mrs. Liberato P. Santiago Jr. opened its door to launched its first loose container load (LCL) shipment of goods from Manila that made the Chinese Business Community believed that freight forwarding is vital and has of great value and contribution to their business.
In the early 80’s, Pambato became the word of mouth that lead to its wide array to expand in the Visayas and Mindanao regions with Single Side Band (SSB) Radio Frequency Transmission as a means to facilitate easy access on the status of cargoes.
1990’s remarkably made a biggest success for Pambato where it acquired new Trucks, Equipment and started to build its own office and warehouses in Manila, Palawan, Iloilo, Cebu & Cagayan De Oro. New ventures had been entered in the field of warehousing and distribution of Kodak, Colgate-Palmolive and Zuellig Pharmaceutical products.
Today, Pambato dominates the cargo forwarding business domestically as it unleash to the new era of technology propelled with highly competent workforce abound to the new generation of reliable partners coupled with new hubs in Binondo, Naga, La Union, Gapan and Batangas to fully cover and penetrate the whole archipelago.
